Overview

Airtm’s Legal team is looking for an experienced lawyer (Counsel) to support the organization’s growing business in areas including commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters.

In Short

• Be a key utility player on the Legal team.
• Counsel on high profile projects across the Company.
• Assist with drafting and negotiation of contracts.
• Maintain and update user terms.
• Review advertising and marketing initiatives for compliance.
• Support design of new products ensuring legal compliance.
• Assist with employment matters.
• Conduct regulatory research in the digital assets space.
• Support global licensing efforts.
• Assist with corporate governance and structure projects.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a qualified lawyer.
• Fluent in English with strong drafting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Interest in emerging technologies and/or crypto.
• Detail-oriented with project management skills.
