In Short

• Validate Sales Orders using appropriate product codes and approved pricing.
• Ensure Service Order accuracy, site dispatch, acknowledgment, and commit date.
• Track Sales and Service Order workflows to improve efficiency and time to completion.
• Verify new customer onboarding, ensuring account and contact record accuracy.
• Develop Sales Order and Service Order dashboards for key analysis.
• Issue monthly sales production dashboard to report booking metrics.
• Manage and optimize Quote-to-Cash (QTC) workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps on business initiatives and perform QA for new features.
• Serve as an ISMS Committee Member for Compliance Certification.
• Gather market intel on existing opportunities and target markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Information Technology.
• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Visio, SharePoint, and MS Office.
• 3+ years of Commercial Operations and/or Sales Operations experience.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Focus on teamwork, leadership qualities, and excellent communication.
• Demonstrable experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
