Overview

The Customer Success Associate will support the Customer Success Manager in ensuring client satisfaction and retention while working from home.

• Support daily operations to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in client communication.
• Fundamental computer literacy and knowledge of communication tools.
• Experience in complaint management.
• Prior experience in customer service.
