QA and Certification Manager - Remote

Overview

The QA and Certification Manager will lead the design and implementation of the quality, credentialing, and certification framework for the EIT RawMaterials Education portfolio, ensuring high standards of educational quality and compliance.

• Design and implement a comprehensive quality assurance system for Academy training programs.
• Align internal processes with European frameworks and international standards.
• Manage institutional and course-level regulation, certification, and accreditation processes.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to embed quality assurance protocols.
• Track and report on quality performance indicators across all Academy programs.
• Provide guidance and training to contributors on QA protocols.
• Design and manage credentialing architecture for Academy courses.
• Ensure interoperability and verifiability of learner credentials.
• Work in a remote, flexible environment with an international team.

Requirements

• Strong background in quality assurance, certification, and credentialing.
• Expertise in international and European QA systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing QA processes for learning programs.
• Strong grasp of EU education regulatory landscape.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
