Certification Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

UTAC is seeking a Certification Operations Manager to join our team at the headquarters in Linas, France. In this key role, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing our certification audit processes both for the France teams and international offices.

• Supervise and optimize certification audit processes.
• Manage the performance of the certification team in France.

• Define and track operational indicators using PowerBI.
• Responsible for P&L and results of the France entity.
• Build the budget with the Certification Director.

Requirements

• BAC +5 degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in certification operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Strong knowledge of certification processes and management system standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Very good command of English.
