Release Train Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our Agile transformation team within Solutions & Automation.

In Short

• Lead and facilitate the agile release train across multiple scrum teams.
• Act as a servant leader, supporting teams in problem identification and decision-making.
• Mentor and coach Scrum Masters to enhance their Agile and Scrum expertise.
• Orchestrate and facilitate PI planning for the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Track progress and ensure the ART meets its definition of done.
• Coach teams in agile ceremonies, roles, and practices.
• Establish pull systems to optimize the flow of value through the ART.
• Collaborate with teams to implement solutions and process improvements.
• Foster collaboration, alignment, and effective communication across teams.
• Commit to continuous learning and staying current with Agile and SAFe practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilitating complex meetings and workshops.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Familiarity with agile principles, Scrum framework, and ART.
• Adept at identifying challenges and implementing practical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in metrics and data analysis for decision-making.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
