Release Train Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will oversee and coach a complex Agile Release Train (ART) using SAFe principles, facilitating Agile processes and driving continuous improvement.

In Short

• Implement a hybrid Agile Release Train (ART) using SAFe principles.
• Mentor teams, Scrum Masters, and business partners in Lean-Agile practices.
• Coordinate and facilitate Solution Train ceremonies and program increment sessions.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments for quick resolution.
• Provide visibility into epic and feature delivery, program increment health.
• Drive improvements through Inspect and Adapt workshops.
• Facilitate key SAFe events, including PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums.
• Ensure strategy and execution alignment with Product and Solution Management.
• Set up metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress.
• Participate in budget and resource planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant field.
• 15+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Certifications in SAFe, DevOps, and Agile practices desired.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
• Experience with SAFE® Agile or Scrum development teams.
