Overview

The Senior Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of customer implementations within our Professional Services team, encompassing Database Consultants, Trainers, and Solution Architects. This role demands effective project coordination, comprehensive team management, and strategic oversight.

• Oversee the professional development, performance management, and recruitment of Consultants.
• Lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, time, and quality objectives.
• Actively coordinate between various internal teams and customer teams.
• Oversee and coordinate project delivery through partners.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for team development and project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders at all levels.
• Maintain effective communication across all levels.
• Identify and mitigate project and team risks.
• Oversee resource allocation and budgeting.
• Uphold high standards in project delivery and seek continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in Project/Program management.
• Strong experience in leading a Professional Services team.
• Proficient in managing complex diverse customer requirements.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in line management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and Google Suite.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow through skills.
