Senior Delivery Manager - Remote

Overview

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager. We need an accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

In Short

• Serve as a servant-leader for Backend, Frontend, and QA/AQA teams.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely execution of features.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Engineering Leads.
• Monitor and control feature delivery progress across sprints.
• Continuously evaluate and refine delivery frameworks.
• Conduct soft skills evaluations and risk assessments during interviews.
• Provide weekly reports on feature/project progress.
• Full-time remote work opportunities and flexible working hours.
• Experience in the Gambling industry is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager/Project manager in the IT industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams of 10+ members.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English and Russian (B2+).
