Overview

The Enterprise Implementation Specialist will play a key role in onboarding our largest customers, ensuring they successfully implement the ECP platform to meet their clinical, operational, and business needs.

• Architect the program plan aligned to desired business outcomes.
• Establish and operate functions of the program such as project plans.
• Lead project management, system configuration, and user training.
• Handle and resolve issues as they arise.
• Proactively identify and address potential churn risks.
• Drive rapid and successful system adoption.
• Provide expert product and service guidance to customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM.
• Leverage CRM project management tools to track key milestones.
• Generate product & service reports by analyzing customer data.

Requirements

• Experience in customer onboarding and implementation.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site training.
