In Short

• Lead the deployment of digital worker voice programs in workplaces in Egypt.
• Lead supplier platform training and technical support.
• Manage grievance cases and liaise with suppliers and brands.
• Support the development of onboarding materials.
• Communicate regularly with supplier management.
• Gather feedback to inform platform advancements.
• Work remotely with a global team.
• Occasional travel nationally may be required.
• Engage with workers and promote participation.
• Train management on platform usage.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in the global supply chain industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience in customer/client services.
• Understanding of labour and community rights issues.
• Knowledge of corporate social responsibility programs.
• Experience with technology adoption.
• Self-motivated with a desire to take ownership of projects.
• Passion for equality and safe workplaces.
• Familiarity with auditing standards is a plus.
• Based in Egypt is required.
