Worker Engagement Specialist - ULULA - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Worker Engagement Specialist to join our Client Services team and help improve working conditions in Cambodia through digital worker engagement programs.

In Short

• Lead deployment of digital worker voice programs in workplaces in Cambodia.
• Provide supplier platform training and technical support.
• Manage grievances in programs with a digital grievance mechanism.
• Support development of onboarding materials for suppliers and workers.
• Communicate regularly with supplier management.
• Gather feedback from clients and suppliers for platform advancements.
• Work remotely with a global team and attend occasional evening meetings.
• Be based in Cambodia and have a background in social compliance.
• Engage with workers, suppliers, and brands to drive meaningful impact.
• Flexibility and agility to handle various tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the global supply chain industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer.
• Experience in customer/client services.
• Knowledge of labour, human, and community rights issues.
• Familiarity with auditing and international certification standards.
• Self-motivated with a passion for equality and safe workplaces.
• Ability to adopt new technology and train others.
• Organized, conscientious, and accountable.
• Occasional national travel may be required.
• Understanding of corporate social responsibility programs.
