Overview

The Customer Rated Experience Associate will support the Evaluation Services Inquiry Center team in providing high-quality support to rated companies regarding their sustainability performance assessments.

• Act as a point of contact for rated companies for assessment-related questions.
• Ensure high-quality support and respect for deadlines.
• Lead discussions and calls with rated companies.
• Assist customers in utilizing the EcoVadis scorecard.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Solicit feedback and analyze data for improvement opportunities.
• Establish best practices and propose solutions to stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in German preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
