Billing and Collection Associate - Remote

Overview

EcoVadis is seeking a Billing and Collection Associate Level 2 to join its Finance team in Poland. This role involves full-cycle multi-currency accounts receivable functions, including billing and customer account reconciliation.

In Short

• Issue and send invoices/credit notes as per contracts.
• Ensure proper filing of sales contracts.
• Respond to customer queries and requests.
• Provide and fill out financial and administrative documents.
• Resolve significant accounts receivable issues and escalate appropriately.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounts receivable queries.
• Assist with internal projects based on organizational needs.
• Liaise with international colleagues across departments.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Billing.
• Prior experience in Salesforce is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
