Customer Rated Experience Associate - French Speaker - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Rated Experience Associate, you will support the Evaluation Services Inquiry Center team in explaining assessment results to rated companies, ensuring high-quality support and customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Act as a point of contact for rated companies regarding their assessment-related questions.
• Ensure deadlines are respected and high-quality support is provided.
• Write responses to rated companies' feedback/questions.
• Lead discussions and calls with rated companies.
• Assist customers in utilizing the EcoVadis scorecard for improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Proactively solicit feedback and analyze data for improvement opportunities.
• Establish best practices and propose solutions to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong engagement with rated customers.
• Work independently with little supervision.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a great asset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken form.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Empathy and a spirit of analysis and synthesis.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Team player with collaborative skills.
