Overview

As a member of the Data Management Team at EcoVadis, you will ensure the integrity and quality of supplier data through research and validation, contributing to the global sustainability change in business.

In Short

• Accurately enter supplier information into the EcoVadis database.
• Conduct internet research to validate company information.
• Input data from various sources into the supplier database.
• Respond to client queries and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal methodologies and guidelines.
• Work independently to meet quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the Qualification process.
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with other teams.
• Accept additional responsibilities as required.
• Full-time position with a hybrid work model.

Requirements

• Experience in data or internet research is an advantage.
• Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
• Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Excel and Word.
• High attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
