Senior Associate, Data Management - Remote

Overview

The Senior Associate, Data Management at TransUnion will support reporting customers to ensure data integrity and quality, while also managing incoming data from suppliers and resolving quality issues.

In Short

• Provide primary support for reporting customers.
• Monitor and manage incoming data from suppliers.
• Ensure data integrity and quality controls are met.
• Resolve data quality issues with customers.
• Recommend data suppliers for termination based on quality standards.
• Work on projects impacting incoming data.
• Document business requirements and prepare supporting documents.
• Assist with training new associates.
• Participate in user acceptance testing.
• Work on special projects as required.

Requirements

• College or University degree/diploma in computer science preferred.
• 4+ years of Data Asset experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
• Experience with process improvements is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and within a group.
• Excellent customer service skills.
