Overview

The Senior Associate, Data Management will drive key business operation initiatives within Veeva RIM Vault, ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements and supporting regulatory processes.

In Short

• Maintain data within the Regulatory Information Management (RIM) system.
• Create and archive clinical trial and marketing application submissions.
• Serve as a Data Management SME in cross-functional initiatives.
• Implement new processes within Veeva Vault and other regulatory initiatives.
• Support report creation and analysis for data streamlining projects.
• Develop and deliver training materials for a global audience.
• Manage protocol amendment submission updates.
• Support global data management team during workload peaks.
• Adhere to Amgen processes and guidelines.
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Global Clinical Trial Applications and Regulatory Guidance.
• In-depth understanding of the Veeva Vault system.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work well in demanding situations.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in supporting projects and improvement initiatives.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
