Overview

This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for key consumer electronics retail and DIY accounts in Spain, aiming to achieve sales targets and support the company’s growth.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy for Spain.
  • Manage and grow relationships with retail accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DIY sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for efficient sales processes.
  • Drive new product introductions and coordinate marketing activities.
  • Monitor and manage sales activities across Spain.
  • Ensure strong brand presence in the Spanish market.
  • Provide market and account analysis for strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Key Account Management.
  • Proven track record with Spanish retail and/or DIY chains.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Willingness to travel within Spain.
