Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator Italy to join our Marketing team and implement the global marketing plan at the local level.

In Short

• Implement the global marketing plan at the local level.
• Edit and improve company and product materials.
• Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies.
• Work closely with the Sales team to support customer and retailer relations.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to execute diverse campaigns.
• Coordinate PR activities and supervise communications content.
• Organize and manage POSM projects for brand visibility.
• Plan and deliver training sessions for trade shows.
• Coordinate and support brand events to boost awareness.
• Maintain understanding of industry trends for communication strategies.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Experience as a PR/Communications/Marketing Assistant.
• Understanding of media relations and digital media strategies.
• Experience working with key retailer partners in Italy.
• Experience executing POSM projects in store.
• Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software is a plus.
• Creative profile with strong attention to detail.
• Organizational and negotiation skills.
• Project management skills and effective coordination.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Motivated and proactive in developing the brand locally.
