HR Operations Lead - Remote

Overview

You will be responsible for managing the operational HR processes within the company, bringing structure, reliability, and professional security to the daily operations.

In Short

• Care for the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Create and manage personnel-related documents and contracts
• Support or coordinate payroll processing
• Assist in recruiting processes
• Organize business trips and administrative workflows
• Act as a point of contact for employees, managers, and external parties
• Oversee audits by tax authorities, social insurance carriers, or government agencies
• Further develop and structure existing HR processes
• Provide professional support to the team in daily operations

Requirements

• Experience in operational HR / HR management
• Structured and independent working style
• Enjoy taking responsibility and developing processes
• Confident demeanor and pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Good knowledge of classical HR processes and administrative workflows
• Basic knowledge of labor law
• Payroll processing or preparatory payroll
• Experience with DATEV payroll systems or similar
• Experience with audits by tax authorities or pension insurance
• Experience in team coordination or professional leadership
