Product Owner IT & User Experience - Remote

In Short

• Take on Product Owner responsibility for core components of our platform: Admin system, Dashboard & Reporting, User flows
• Define and prioritize features, epics, and user stories in coordination with stakeholders
• Design and optimize user experiences along the customer journey
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and analyze user data to validate hypotheses
• Monitor KPIs, tracking, and derive data-driven actions
• Ensure clean technical implementation, quality, and performance
• Coordinate releases, deployment planning, and feature rollouts
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and market positioning

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner
• Deep understanding of UX/UI, user-centered design, and interaction design
• Technical background with knowledge of APIs, microservices, data architecture, integrations
• Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking, and hands-on mentality
• Fluent in German and very good English (technical English)
• Interest in sustainability, climate, and CO₂ certificates is a plus
