Sales Development Representative – GTM (Warehousing & Fulfilment) - Remote

Overview

As a Sales Development Representative in the GTM Outbound Team, your primary focus will be identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound leads for warehousing and fulfilment solutions. You’ll play a key role in educating creators on Easyship’s global fulfilment capabilities and setting up discovery calls for the Account Executive team.

In Short

• Prospect and qualify crowdfunding campaigns and creators (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Gamefound, etc.) and also Shopify merchants.
• Conduct outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and CRM workflows.
• Educate prospects on Easyship’s warehousing and fulfilment services in the US, EU, UK, and APAC.
• Manage and nurture leads through early stages of the sales cycle.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives.
• Track and update all activities in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, and logistics teams to align messaging and funnel performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, campaign launches, and fulfilment challenges within the crowdfunding space.

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in a sales or lead qualification role, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of the crowdfunding space and/or global fulfilment processes is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and sales enablement tools (e.g. Gong, Outreach).
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Comfortable working across global time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
