In Short

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content and community strategies.

  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure brand voice consistency.
  • Manage content calendar for timely delivery across channels.
  • Engage with the online community and foster interactions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to enhance user engagement.
  • Define KPIs and track performance metrics for content initiatives.
  • Utilize data insights to optimize content strategy.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS content marketing is essential.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS content marketing.
  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS community marketing.
  • Proven track record in creating impactful content assets.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into compelling content.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
