Overview

The F&I Market Development Manager at AutoNation is responsible for driving successful Finance and Insurance performance across various markets, collaborating with store management to enhance customer financial services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of F&I leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding F&I performance goals.
  • Strong understanding of F&I products and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to influence across multiple locations.
  • Effective communicator with strong data analysis skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to compliance.
  • Proficient in CRM and digital retailing tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
