One-Year Conflicts Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Part-time role (20 hours/week) for 12 months.
• Support the Legal Operations team with conflicts analysis.
• Conduct conflict of interest searches using Intapp.
• Draft conflict of interest waiver letters.
• Perform quality assurance on conflict search results.
• Coordinate with attorneys to resolve potential conflicts.
• Document processes and maintain records.
• Assist in the administration of legal technology systems.
• Work independently or with a remote team.
• Start ASAP and work for 12 months.

Requirements

• 3+ years of conflicts experience in a legal environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Intapp NBI and Risk or similar platforms preferred.
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
• General knowledge of rules of professional conduct.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
