Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports and works directly with the Talent Acquisition team and HR to oversee the full lifecycle of recruiting for Dynatrace new hires.

In Short

• Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate communication with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
• Utilize Application Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the interview process.
• Support pre-boarding processes for new hires.
• Maintain SLAs through efficient coordination practices.
• Provide reports and presentations on recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Participate in People-related projects.
• Promote a stellar new hire experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese.
• High proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of ATS tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.
