Requirements

• At least 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in the iGaming sector.
• Experience in hiring for Sales, Account Management, and Executive-level roles.
• Proactive and professional with a mix of sales and strategy understanding.
• Excellent communication skills and an approachable personality.
• Comfortable with technical requirements and recruitment automation tools.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for details.
• At least Upper-Intermediate level English proficiency.
• A high proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
