Squad Manager - Remote

Overview

The Squad Manager at Dynatrace is responsible for managing a team of 8-10 members, overseeing multiple accounts, and ensuring growth and value for clients while mentoring junior team members.

In Short

• Manage a squad of 8-10 direct reports.
• Oversee 20-30 client accounts with annual revenue of 8-10 million USD.
• Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings with team members.
• Mentor junior members and assist in onboarding new hires.
• Hold weekly account reviews and provide updates on account health.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and training.
• Report on key metrics including customer maturity and growth.
• Support new hire training and customer engagement.
• Assist in capacity planning for the squad.
• Travel at least 1/2 time per year for team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and conceptualization abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
• Empathy towards team dynamics and stakeholder concerns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
