Overview

An integral role in launching automotive customers on the way to success with their new software, involving training and consulting with new customers.

In Short

• Collaborate with sales executives to deliver products based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with project managers to assess training and configuration needs.
• Deliver training on automotive dealership best practices.
• Consult with clients to optimize software use for their business model.
• Troubleshoot software challenges and escalate as needed.
• Document training and implementation processes.
• Manage administrative tasks like expense reporting and travel booking.

Requirements

• Experience in dealership accounting or related fields.

• Willingness to travel 90% of the time.
