Overview

The Sales Systems and Training Manager will leverage leadership and technical expertise to enhance sales training and franchise relationships at Neighborly.

In Short

  • Manage sales training aligned with best practices.
  • Interface with multiple departments to ensure effective training outcomes.
  • Lead in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Promote and manage Luxor software for franchises.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions.
  • Attend industry trade shows and meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Moderate travel required for meetings and trade shows.
  • Full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Requirements

  • 5 years of industry experience, with 3 years in sales.
  • Intense knowledge of Luxor software.
  • 3 years of managerial experience preferred.
  • 5 years of training or public speaking experience.
  • Proficient in Xactimate, Mitigate, Fusion, Symbility, Luxor, Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Remote work with 25% travel required.
