Overview

The Analyst, Patient Experience will support the Village’s goal of enhancing patient care by analyzing feedback and managing the customer experience platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in SaaS or customer experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in communication and relationship building.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with data analysis tools.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Proactive communicator.
