In Short

• Model complex structured finance transactions by extracting deal structures from legal documents.
• Enhance dv01’s on-demand reporting tool in partnership with the Credit Facility Reporting team.
• Interact with a diverse team, collaborating with domain experts, product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Be client-facing, working with customers to model transactions and develop DealStudio.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with structured finance, including securitizations and credit facility transactions.
• Good understanding of web technologies and back-end development.
• Fluent in at least one programming language, such as Scala or Python.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and data manipulation tools.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to think big picture.
• Proactive and innovative in solving complex challenges.
