Overview

Duvo is seeking a Talent Partner to lead the hiring process as the company scales from seed to Series A. This role involves managing agency relationships, screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process across engineering and go-to-market roles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in talent or recruiting at startups.
• Strong technical recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage agency relationships effectively.
• Comfortable making pass or fail decisions on candidates.
• Technically literate and able to engage with engineering candidates.
• Strong operational mindset and ability to work with data.
• Experience hiring across DACH and CEE tech markets is a plus.
• Experience as the first talent hire at a company is advantageous.
