Overview

The Forward Deployed Engineer at Duvo is responsible for integrating AI solutions into customer environments, enhancing workflows, and ensuring measurable business outcomes.

In Short

• Embed with customers from kickoff through go-live and beyond
• Map customer workflows directly on the Duvo platform
• Improve underlying processes and redesign broken flows
• Translate business logic into agent behavior
• Configure and ship agents against real customer systems
• Write integration code and debug live agents
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders
• Run working sessions with technical counterparts
• Capture reusable patterns for faster future deployments
• Drive measurable business impact through AI

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles
• Experience with AI-native systems and deployment
• Technical consulting on AI or automation projects
• Hands-on with modern AI tooling and scripting
• Strong systems thinking and engineering judgment
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
• Comfortable in code-adjacent territories
• Experience with ERPs and enterprise stacks is a plus
• Ability to manage stakeholders and push back on bad scope
• Retail or e-commerce experience is a strong plus
