Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
• 3+ years integrating enterprise systems via APIs.
• 5+ years building backend services with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Track record of successful customer implementations.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing requirements.
• Strong project management skills.
• Willing to travel 25-35% during peak implementation periods.
