Overview

The Forward Deployed Engineer at AirOps will build AI growth workflows and evolve service delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and improve business outcomes.

• Build AI growth workflows for internal and customer use.

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Growth, BizOps, Product, or similar roles.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience running complex projects in hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of LLMs and AI techniques.
• Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent project management skills with tools like Linear, Airtable, Asana.
• Interest in AI and growth intersection.
• Familiarity with Python and JavaScript preferred.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
