As a Talent Scout at Dungarvin, you will play a critical role in sourcing and securing top talent for various positions while working in a remote model that supports multiple time zones.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees.
• Proficient with job boards and ATS systems.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Adaptable to learning new techniques and tools.
• Experience in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus.
• Metrics-driven with a results-oriented approach.
