Overview

The Social Media Specialist will assist in the development and implementation of Dungarvin’s recruiting marketing strategy, specifically building brand awareness through social media strategies that drive both consumer and candidate interest in working for our mission-driven organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing or Journalism.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of social media storytelling and analytics.
• Experience with photography and videography.
• Excellent communication skills.
