Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with psychometric assessments.
  • Ability to conduct behavioural interviews.
  • Deep appreciation of talent measurement.
  • High level of personal organisation.
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 times a year.
  • Experience in sourcing and headhunting.
  • Knowledge of statistical significance testing.
  • Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights.
