As a Recruiter (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the entire application process and optimizing the candidate journey while working in a supportive HR team.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in personnel services.
• Motivated to simplify and improve existing processes.
• Strong communication skills with employees at all levels.
• Independent and motivated work style with an empathetic personality.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken, and good MS Office skills.
