The Region Sales Director will lead a high-performing team across North Carolina and South Carolina, managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio and driving strategic growth in key market segments.

  • Manage a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
  • Drive strategic growth in Higher Education, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Industrial sectors.
  • Develop and execute territory plans.
  • Hire, train, and set expectations for sales associates.
  • Provide sales training and evaluate associate performance.
  • Handle contract negotiations for key accounts.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and analyze sales data.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Resolve conflicts and manage multiple projects effectively.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of proven leadership experience.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong outside sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in a scientific background or laboratory environment is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, C4C, or Qlikview preferred.
