Overview

The Technical Director will lead the APAC Infrastructure SWAT team, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents, enhancing performance, stability, and resiliency of business processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 13 years of related experience in IT delivery and support.
• Strong critical thinking and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical topics succinctly.
• Proficiency in Incident management and ITIL processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
