Overview

Arcadis is seeking an Associate Technical Director to lead the design and management of land development infrastructure and drainage solutions within the Mobility sector.

In Short

• Lead infrastructure and drainage design and modelling.
• Prepare design solutions at various project stages.
• Manage production of drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs and client relationships.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Experience in highways, railways, and major infrastructure schemes.
• Knowledge of SuDS, SfA, DMRB, and Local Authority standards.
• Expertise in software design methods including MicroDrainage and AutoCAD.
• Line management and mentoring experience.
• Support in achieving Chartered status for candidates close to it.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with Chartered status or close to achieving it.
• Substantial design experience in development infrastructure.
• Proven background in drainage and utility design.
• Experience in preparing feasibility and site appraisal studies.
• Detailed design delivery experience in D&B environments.
• Technically competent in design principles and manual calculations.
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
