Overview

As a Senior Manager in the Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) team at DTCC, you will lead and develop a team responsible for assessing the financial stability of member firms and advising senior leaders on key risk initiatives.

• Lead and develop CCR Managers and Associates.
• Assess financial stability of DTCC's member firms.
• Provide career guidance to team members.
• Oversee annual reviews and ongoing surveillance of member firms.
• Drive design of credit risk monitoring tools and initiatives.
• Foster relationships with internal departments.
• Manage analysis of new member applications.
• Set strategic goals for the CCR team.
• Act as an advisor to senior management on risk initiatives.
• Mitigate risk by following established procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
