Organizational Change Management Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an Organizational Change Management Specialist at DTCC, you will drive the end-to-end OCM process, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication during strategic change initiatives.

In Short

• Lead information gathering sessions to identify key stakeholders.
• Create customer and impact analysis for changes.
• Develop change management plans with communication and engagement activities.
• Design collateral to support change management deliverables.
• Facilitate training programs in partnership with HR Learning team.
• Ensure alignment across departments and functions.
• Provide regular updates to the OCM Team.
• Monitor and mitigate risks in day-to-day responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in an Agile environment preferred.
• Ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
