Overview

The Lead Test Engineer is responsible for independently leading Test Engineering teams, developing test plans, and ensuring quality standards are met across applications and systems.

In Short

  • Lead Test Engineering teams and develop test plans.
  • Implement test procedures and maintain quality standards.
  • Prepare and execute test cases based on user stories.
  • Collaborate with delivery pipeline teams to resolve issues.
  • Mentor colleagues on test coverage and cases.
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Extensive experience with Java and Selenium for testing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible/hybrid work model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of software implementation lifecycle.
  • Experience with test data management is a plus.
  • Ability to estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities.
