Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in leadership roles in a multinational environment.
• Deep understanding of data management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Prior experience in banking or financial operations preferred.
• Self-starter with project management skills.
