Overview

As a member of Human Resources Total Rewards team, the APAC Benefits Associate Director role is accountable for all aspects of employee benefits, including planning, implementation, and administration, in order to support business objectives, and attract and retain talent.

In Short

  • Implement and manage benefits processes and programs.
  • Assess competitiveness of existing benefits programs.
  • Direct leave administration and time management.
  • Oversee benefits brokerage relationships.
  • Manage vendor relationships for optimal employee experience.
  • Focus on robust wellbeing programs.
  • Provide consultative expertise regarding benefits matters.
  • Develop implementation and change management plans.
  • Ensure ongoing audits for compliance.
  • Motivate and develop the benefits team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years corporate working experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in human resources.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in total rewards.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in leading operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in people management.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in System Innovation and Project Management.
