We’re looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our Enterprise team as a Sales Engineer. If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and excel at bridging the gap between solution design, order execution, and ongoing account support, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In Short

  • Consult with commercial clients to assess video distribution needs.
  • Design DIRECTV enterprise solutions and provide pre-sales technical support.
  • Assist with RFP responses and solution proposals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Enter, process, and track orders using internal CRM.
  • Coordinate with operations and provisioning teams for timely delivery.
  • Manage documentation, licensing, and compliance for enterprise clients.
  • Identify upselling or cross-sell opportunities.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or Account Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of DIRECTV enterprise platforms preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of DIRECTV enterprise platforms or commercial video systems preferred.
  • Comfortable reading floor plans and designing AV layouts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and customer-facing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and order entry platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
